RETURN POLICY

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We do not offer refunds. All returns will be processed as store credit.

Our return policy is valid for 14 days from the delivery date. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot accept your return request. Items must be returned and received within this 14-day window to qualify for store credit.

If your return is received after the 14-day period, a 50% restocking fee will be applied.

Please ensure items are securely packaged and returned in their original condition, including the return postcard, packaging, and accessories. All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.

Be sure to include the return packing slip with your package.

EXCHANGES & STORE CREDIT

We do not offer direct exchanges. Due to the high demand for our products, we cannot guarantee that the item you want will still be in stock when your return is processed.

Once we receive your returned item, we will issue store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card. You will receive an email with the gift card details, which you can use like a coupon code at checkout. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing.

If you haven't received your store credit within 7 business days of returning your item, please contact us with your order number, return request ID, and return tracking number.

SHIPPING

You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your items. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error with your order.

GIFT CARDS & FINAL SALE ITEMS

We do not accept returns on gift cards or clearance items, as these are final sale. If clearance items are returned, they will either be sent back to you or incur a 50% restocking fee.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your package. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.

CANCELLATIONS

All orders, including pre-orders, must be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Please note that submitting a cancellation request within this timeframe does not guarantee cancellation, as processing may begin immediately after the order is placed. Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

ORDER EDITING

Please double-check your shipping address and order details before confirming your purchase. Once an order is placed, we may not be able to make changes. Be sure to enter the correct items, sizes, and apply any coupon codes before completing your order.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

Our prices are subject to change based on trends, demand, and promotions. We do not offer price adjustments or credits for price differences after your purchase.
